1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" means the kacino website accessible at kacino.onl and any associated mobile interfaces or applications operated by kacino. "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform. "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising a real-money balance and, where applicable, a bonus balance. "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placed using real-money or bonus funds. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched-deposit amounts credited by kacino under a promotional offer. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

References to "including" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an account on kacino, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kacino;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by kacino for breach of these terms.

2.2 During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and entitles kacino to close your account immediately.

2.3 kacino reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to satisfy a verification request within 14 calendar days may be suspended pending compliance.

2.4 Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kacino will close the duplicate account and may, at its discretion, void any winnings or bonuses attributed to the duplicate account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify kacino immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kacino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.3 kacino reserves the right to suspend or close any account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, funds in the account may be temporarily withheld.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

4.1 All deposits must be made through a payment method accepted by kacino at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and transfers from selected Bangladeshi bank accounts. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. kacino does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.2 Deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. kacino does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 kacino does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which kacino bears no responsibility. All deposits are processed in BDT. Currency conversion charges, if any, are the player's responsibility.

4.4 kacino reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if a compliance concern is identified in connection with that transaction. In such cases, kacino will notify the player and provide an explanation to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account, unless kacino specifically approves an alternative withdrawal destination in writing. This policy is maintained for fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

5.2 The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (as set out in clause 2.3) and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been met in full.

5.3 kacino targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual settlement times depend on the receiving payment provider and are outside kacino's direct control. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are generally faster than bank transfer settlements.

5.4 kacino reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal where the amount exceeds a threshold determined by its internal compliance procedures, or where the withdrawal relates to winnings from a promotional offer. Players are advised to retain records of their transaction history.

5.5 Any withdrawal request that remains unprocessed due to a player's failure to complete verification within 30 calendar days may be returned to the player's account balance, after which the player may resubmit the request upon completing the required verification steps.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 kacino offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be distinguished from real-money funds. Real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions in clause 5. Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6.3 kacino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and qualifying under its published terms at the time of acceptance shall be honoured by kacino.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to convert bonus funds without genuine game risk, or exploiting errors or technical faults — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, kacino may void the relevant bonus, deduct any winnings attributable to the abuse, and close the account.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 Each game available on kacino is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in kacino's server logs shall be considered the authoritative record.

7.2 All sporting event odds offered on the kacino sportsbook are determined by kacino's pricing team or its third-party data providers. Odds are subject to change at any time before the relevant event commences. In-play odds may be suspended or amended during an event at kacino's discretion.

7.3 kacino reserves the right to void any wager placed: (a) on an event that has been cancelled or abandoned; (b) where an error in odds pricing is identified that is clearly beyond standard market variance; (c) where there is reasonable evidence that the player had access to inside information at the time the wager was placed; or (d) where the wager was placed in breach of these terms.

7.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that gives a player an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform is strictly prohibited. kacino employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and will close accounts found to be in breach of this clause.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on kacino and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point;
• Holding more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in card games, poker rooms, or any game with a social element;
• Manipulating game software or exploiting software vulnerabilities;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kacino staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting kacino support at [email protected]. Where no active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding and no compliance hold is in place, kacino will process a final withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days of receiving a closure request.

9.2 kacino may close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you are found to have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) kacino is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) continued operation of your account presents a fraud, money-laundering, or security risk; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion under kacino's Responsible Gaming policy.

9.3 Where an account is closed by kacino due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and any winnings attributable to a breach of these terms (including bonus abuse) may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to kacino.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 kacino is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits using the tools available within their account settings. These tools are designed to support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

10.2 Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting support. During a time-out, the account will be locked and no deposits or wagers will be accepted. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from kacino may request self-exclusion, after which the account will be closed and re-registration will not be permitted.

10.3 kacino will not knowingly send promotional communications to any player who has self-excluded. In the event that a self-excluded player attempts to open a new account, kacino will close the new account upon identification. 10.4 Players aged under 21 must not access or use the Platform under any circumstances. kacino employs age-verification procedures at registration and at withdrawal, and cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiry relating to underage access.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the kacino Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, and promotional material, is the property of kacino or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without kacino's prior written consent.

11.2 Nothing in these terms grants you any licence or right in respect of kacino's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 kacino provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, during which kacino will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kacino's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 kacino shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

12.4 Nothing in these terms limits kacino's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

kacino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. kacino applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform and maintains internal data security standards aligned with industry best practice.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kacino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kacino will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a communication to the email address or contact method registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kacino operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, players should first contact kacino's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. kacino will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15.3 kacino's decisions on matters within its operational discretion — including bonus eligibility determinations, account security decisions, and game-result disputes resolved by server log data — are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
